The Wars of the Roses
Who was Who in the Wars of the Roses
The following are brief biographies of those men and women who were caught up in the conflict. The list is arranged alphabetically in order of surnames. Members of the royal families of York and Lancaster are listed under the name of Plantagenet.
The Society is very grateful to the Yorkshire Branch, and in particular to Pauline Harrison Pogmore who compiled the list of biographies, for allowing them to be published on this website. They were published on behalf of the branch by Rosalba Press in July 2005 by whom the copyright is held.
The bibliography at the end of the listing is that compiled by the author.
